Participation in the draw 'Global Mobility Call'
1. FOSTERING MOBILITY S.L.
The company Fostering Mobility S.L., with its registered address at Paseo de la Habana 26, 1º-2e, 28036 Madrid, Spain, identified with tax number B87971735, is organizing the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") within the national scope, to be held at the Global Mobility Call, exclusive to the event attendees during the event days, in accordance with the provisions set out in the "participation requirements" section. The purpose of this draw is to reward the interest in the Introduction to Mobility as a Service Guide among all participants who complete the form on this website during the period specified in point 2.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on October 24, 2023, at 10:00 AM and will end on October 26 at 6:00 PM.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:
- Those individuals attending the Global Mobility Call and are over 18 years old can participate.
- Participants must download the Introduction to Mobility as a Service guide by completing the form on this website using a corporate email.
- Participants can only participate once. If it is detected that a participant participates with multiple email profiles, they will be disqualified.
4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be randomly selected through app-sorteos.com. The winner will be notified on 31/11/2023 via an email sent to all participants. The prize will consist of a first team jersey from the official Real Madrid store (season 23/24). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Terms, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
6. DISCLAIMER
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the participant's use of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms, consents to their personal data being included in a file owned by us, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and advertising its results, and processing the prize delivery. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, and the right not to be subject to individual automated decisions by sending an email to support@meep.me or by mail addressed to the following address: Paseo de la Habana 26, 1º-2e, 28036 Madrid, Spain, attaching, in both cases, a copy of an identification document.
8. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Terms. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the website through which the user must complete the form to participate.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants shall be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of these terms.
