Customer Support Specialist

Meep is looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join the team in our Madrid office.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be integral in providing technical service support to our users and operators in a friendly and confident manner.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide a professional and customer focused interface between Meep and our customers
  • Escalate customer issues to second level Service Desk Analysts or service desk management in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and technical support
  • Build and maintain key client relationships internally and externally
  • Maintain customer database and data entry
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation
  • Working closely with KPI’s

Our future team member

  • Good verbal & written skills in English and Spanish
  • Operational experience in Zendesk 
  • To be considered for this role you must have previous technical support experience in a call centre environment
  • A genuine passion for customer care and a keen interest in IT
  • Basic knowledge of SQL language, relational databases querying and scripting are a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills
  • Accuracy is of extreme importance and therefore a focus on attention to detail is required
